A leading national aviation organization specializing in providing cargo and passenger services. They are committed to providing seamless passenger experience from start to end and ensure that their services are consistently delivered at the highest standard.
They are currently looking to recruit an Instructor and a Senior Instructor to be based in KSA ( Riyadh, Medina, Dammam, or Jeddah).
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Carry out functional training courses by conducting effective induction and orientation sessions.
• Ensuring that quality, time and volume of requirements are met.
• Support and liaise with different business areas to understand the required skill set s that are needed to ensure a flawless experience for the participants.
• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis, career paths, annual performance appraisals and consultation with line managers.
• To design and customize the training program contact accordingly.
• Maintain a keen understanding of training trends, developments and best practices.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in ground services technical equipment such as pushback/towing, GPU, ACU, and ASU.
• Must be well experienced in Operating Baggage Equipment such as baggage tractor, conveyor Belt, PAX steps, high loader, ULD transporter, forklift, and medical lift.
• Well experienced in Fleet Solutions Operation such as water truck, lavatory truck and man lift.
• Must have Train-the Trainer certification on the mentioned equipment
• Train-The-Trainer certification must be obtained from a well known body such as IATA.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic is a major advantage. اضغط هنا
