Required to join a the Saudi Arabian office of a leading engineering & project management consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the implementation and enforcement of corporate quality policies, quality audit programs, implementation of knowledge management policies and setting the strategic guidelines of the Operational Excellence Division.
Duties include
●Champion company wide operational excellence initiatives
●Oversee the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives
●Ensure development of strong project management capabilities and ensure continuous training and development of Project Senior Managers
●Ensure the provision of expert advice to quality and HSSE projects teams across the organization
●Ensure all design deliverables are per organization standards and satisfactory to clients
●Promote a quality and HSSE culture across the organization
●Establish a healthy work environment for stakeholders
●Ensure offices are certified with Quality and HSSE certifications such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, etc.
Applicants should meet the following criteria
A degree in Engineering, Architecture, etc
20+ years of experience in the Architecture, Engineering and Planning Industry in a top tier regional / multinational engineering firm
Knowledge of quality and compliance requirements and audit programs
Experience with researching and implementing corporate-wide improvement initiatives targeting an organization’s key processes and activities
