Job descriptions:
BS Degree preferable in Supply Chain Management
Experience from 8 to 12 years including 04 years in specialty fields and 02 years at supervisory level.
Shall responsible to assist procurement Supervisor.
Shall prepare and send the RFQ to all identified suppliers
Shall follow with the suppliers for early and best quotations.
Prepare the MRP and make sure all 09 steps taking into consideration.
Make sure all necessary documents are collected from all ends. 2- Camp Administrator
Job descriptions:
Must hold high qualification
Experience from 1015 years
Manage day to day affairs within camp on all administrative issues
Maintain inventory of all mess equipment’s as well as all camp furniture & Fixtures.
Maintain sanitary & hygiene in camp, mess and in all company accommodation
Arrange transportation for sick staff/workers to take them to hospital
To solve camp residents problems
Maintain Log books of all vehicles allotted to camp
