Company in the major of Facility Management is looking for “ Project Supervisor” with below specifications: Must be Arabic nationality only Graduate of related discipline Engineering/FM/BA or equivalent Five years managerial role experience preferably within Facility Management or heavy equipment Rental or construction industry. Bilingual Arabic & English Advance computer skills Must have Saudi driving license or home driving license

Job description: Act as a main focal point for client against all their requirements, demands etc. Supervise all the operation activities within assigned project sites/locations, maintaining customer satisfaction, but in cost effective manner. Build & maintain strong relationship to Project client s and be always customer oriented. Monitor all vendor/supplier performance against supplied services, control and monitor to report the same to FM-Operations manager. Frequently paying site visits for review, audit, inspection and monitor of the services provided to client. Review action items and facilitate action against in timely manner. Arrange periodic meetings with client s handled to assure their satisfaction, and review their comments/remarks against supplied services.
