A security systems Company located in Riyadh is looking for a highly motivated and experienced “Site Engineer”.
The required Site Engineer will be responsible on installs, troubleshoots and maintains an extensive variety of products and equipment. Train employees; identifies, analyses, and repairs product failures, orders and replaces parts as needed. Determines and recommends which products or services best fit the customers’ needs.
Job Description:
• Coordinating with projects and sales to do required pre-installations at customer site
• Installing, operating and training security network products
• Have a thorough working knowledge of the company’s security products
• Have a thorough understanding of SLA contracts and coverage levels.
• Perform remedial repair activities on customer site.
• Perform assignments as directed by Response Center senior technical staff.
• Recognize situations requiring a service call Escalation and follows proper Escalation Procedures.
• Provide the support required to close service events promptly, within the SLA and to the satisfaction of the customer.
Technical Requirements:
• Have minimum experience 45 years in CCTV surveillance systems.
• Have solid Background in security systems Milestone, Lenel, HID …. .
• Have solid background in Fire Alarm systems will be preferred.
• Have solid background in Physical security systems will be preferred.
• Able to work with Microsoft servers any version .
• Certified CCNA / CCNP will be preferred.
• Certified Milestone will be preferred.
• Transportation will represent 90% from the daily work.
