*Finishing engineer with the below requirements: 1- discussing the objectives, requirements and budget of a project; 2- keeping within financial budgets and deadlines; 3- producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications; 4- specifying the nature and quality of materials required; 5- negotiating with contractors and other professionals; 6- preparing applications for planning and building control departments; 7- project managing and helping to coordinate the work of contractors; 8- controlling a project from start to finish; 9- regular site visits to check on progress, ensuring that the project is running on time and to budget; 10- resolving problems and issues that arise during construction; 11- ensuring that the environmental impact of the project is managed.
