Maintenance Manager Experience More Than 5 Year Bachelor In Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
Job Description
•Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
•Visit company properties monthly and make a maintenance status report .
•Flowing up with operators maintenance managers
•Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
•Check electrical and mechanical systems of buildings to ensure functionality
•Check all the preventive maintenance schedules for company property
•Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
•Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
•Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
