Responsibilities:
Validate technical proposals
Must be able to benchmark commercial proposals from contractors and make sure they are in line with market rates
Estimate how much projects will cost
Education and Qualification:
Clear understanding of Saudi market rates materials and construction
Understand costs in Saudi
Estimating software experience
Saudi experience
Construction experience
Contracting experience is preferred
Engineering experience is helpful
Quantity Surveying experience is helpful
15 years experience
Degree Engineering or Quantity Surveying
