Job Description:
The company:
Our client is one of America’s leading consultant companies with over 25 years of experience in providing professional and technical services positioned to design, build, finance and operate infrastructure assets around the world.
Responsibilities and Duties:
We are looking for Assistant Cost Consultant Civil + Arch to work on Haram expansion project in Jeddah.
Observe and monitor erection manpower and special equipment productivity at site for special trades, record and report observations. Distinguish idle resources. Receive productivity monitoring tasks from supervisor and provide feedback in allotted time frame. Discuss and agree observation and monitoring methodology with supervisor before starting. Prepare Monthly reports and at the completion of each activity.
Unde Undertake visual inspection of indirect manpower and equipment as and when required in accordance with approved procedures. Report to site monitoring supervisor.
rtake quantity measurement from approved drawings as required.
Qualifications and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
5-year post qualification experience
Arabic language native speaker
English language proficiency
Quantity surveying and site supervision experience
Reporting and presentation skills
Team player
Communications skills
